If you have an existing wired doorbell at your front door, then Wired Video Doorbell Pro can be installed and powered using your existing compatible doorbell wiring. If you don’t have existing doorbell wiring but you do have an electrical socket near your front door, then you can use Plug-In Adapter to power Wired Video Doorbell Pro. Plug-In Adapter features a long, 6 metre cable that connects to your Wired Video Doorbell Pro and simply plugs into a standard UK electrical socket, for continuous power and peace of mind.
To hear audio notifications in your home, pair Wired Video Doorbell Pro with an existing Ring Chime or compatible Alexa device.
At this time, Alexa Greetings and Quick Replies are not available in the UK and Europe. More information to come soon regarding these features.
If you have a subscription to Ring Protect, videos captured by your Video Doorbell will be saved to your Ring account for up to 30 days, so you can review them at any time.

Without Ring Protect, you’ll still receive instant notifications when anyone comes to your door, and you can answer the notification to see, hear and speak to visitors in real time right from your mobile device.
