Each bundle is built around a premium Ring doorbell or security camera and includes a Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan along with a three-year limited warranty.

What is the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan?
The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan provides all the benefits of the Ring Protect Basic Plan, including video saving and sharing, for any Ring doorbell or security camera sold in an Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle. The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan is specific to your individual device and only covers its useful lifetime. If you replace your device under a warranty claim, your plan will transfer over to the replacement device for its useful lifetime. There is no monthly or annual recurring subscription payment.
What devices are eligible for the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan?
Only the following devices sold in Etisalat Monitoring Service bundles are eligible:
- Video Doorbell
- Stick Up Cam Elite
- Stick Up Cam Battery
- Indoor Cam Plug In
What’s the difference between the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan that comes with an Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle and the Protect Basic Plan you sell on your website?
Functionally, the two plans are identical and both offer the same suite of benefits. The difference is that the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan is only available with a device from a Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle, is paid for in advance, and lasts for the useful lifetime of the device or replacements under the three-year limited warranty.

Does the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan cover every Ring device at my home?
No. The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan that is purchased with a Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle specifically applies only to the device included with the bundle. Any separate Ring devices will need to be covered by their own Ring Protect Plus Plan or Protect Basic Plan.

Can I purchase an Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle and upgrade the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan on the device to a Ring Protect Plus Plan?
Yes. Doing so, however, will place you in a Ring Protect Plus Plan with a monthly or annual recurring payment. If you cancel the new Ring Protect Plus Plan, your device will revert to a Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan.
I already have a Ring Protect Plus Plan for another Ring device. Can I extend that coverage to a device from an Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle?
Yes. There will be no change in the coverage of Ring Protect Plus for the existing device nor will there be an additional cost for covering the new Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle device with a Ring Protect Plus Plan if the new Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle is set up at the same location as the existing device.
If you cancel the Ring Protect Plus Plan, your Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle device will revert to a Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan.
Can I purchase a Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan for my other Ring devices?
No. The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan is only available with the purchase of an Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle. Other Ring products are only eligible for a Ring Protect Basic Plan or Ring Protect Plus Plan.
If I move and take my Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle with me, will my Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan follow me?
Yes. The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan is specifically attached to the applicable device in your Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle and will automatically transfer to the new location as soon as you set it up.
Is there a difference between the three-year limited warranty offered with an Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle and Ring’s standard one-year limited warranty?
No. The terms and conditions of both warranties are the same. The main difference is the duration of the warranty period.

If I have to replace my Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle’s device under the three-year warranty, does the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan transfer to the new device? Will I be able to retain my video recordings?
Yes. Should you need a replacement device while under your three-year warranty, simply contact Ring Customer Support and they will help navigate through the replacement process. You will need to keep your original device on your account until you’ve received and set up the replacement device. At that time, the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan will transfer to the new device and your videos will be retained in your Ring account.
What happens if I sell my Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle device? Does the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan go with it?
Yes. The Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan is attached to a device, not your Ring account. When the transfer of the device takes place, the previous Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan will be canceled and a new one issued to the purchasing party.
How do I cancel my Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan? Do I get a refund?
Please contact Etisalat Support Center at “800101” for refund information. There is no refund available from Ring for cancelling your Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan.
What happens to my video recordings if I cancel my Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan?
If you cancel your plan, you will lose all benefits of the Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan including video saving and sharing. Any video recordings that are stored in your account will be deleted as a result of cancellation.
If I cancel my Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan on my device, can I reinstate it later?
To reinstate your Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan, you will have to set up the Etisalat Home Monitoring Service bundle again under the same account.
